Our vision is a society in which people can live and work on equal terms. We provide knowledge and tools to professionals who work for equity and inclusion.

Amphi started as a creative production company in close collaboration with the Women’s Aid Movement. Our focus then was to produce films and create exercises to train staff working to give victims of violence the right support and help. That focus —to create engaging materials and educational methods—has remained 20 years later.

Our focus has expanded to also deal with equity, anti-racism, inclusion and non-discrimination in the workplace and in education. The methods have also expanded to include needs analyses, action plans, management consultations, staff training, digital learning, coaching and, of course, the production of films and interactive tools for learning.
