Equity for children and youth
Create a welcoming and non-discriminatory organisation that empowers children and young people. With Amphi’s intersectional perspectives, you get the tools you need to promote equitable treatment and create an inclusive environment where everyone can grow.
We tailor our initiatives to your specific needs and offer you the latest research and tools to prevent discrimination. Together, we will build a strong foundation for knowledge development and create an atmosphere that inspires and engages.
Education and coaching
Are you an educator or do you otherwise lead groups of young people? Amphi offers training on equity work at a basic and in-depth level, in line with the Swedish Discrimination Act, the Education Act, and the national curricula. We tailor the training based on the needs of the educational body. Regardless of where you currently stand, Amphi will advance your work for a safe and inclusive environment for all children and young people.
We offer in-depth training on anti-racism, minority stress, norm criticism and violence prevention with a focus on theories on masculinity and equity. We guide you through key theories and methods that facilitate your work as a leader, teacher or educator. Amphi’s power-conscious productions are included in all our trainings.
- Creative training programs with exercises and methods
- Experiental learning based on films and real-life cases
- Digital learning for individuals and groups
- Training for teachers, recreation educators and others
Organizational development and process management
Well-designed structures for equitable treatment in schools and colleges are a powerful and important support for management and staff. In addition, they can make all the difference to how pupils and students learn and function in the educational environment. Amphi guides organisational development where all the members of the organisation are involved in the work towards equitable treatment and where the work becomes a natural part of the organisation’s routines and processes. We ensure that the knowledge and skills developed within the organisation are preserved and used in the best way.
Together with course coordinators, Amphi improves existing course content and develops training sessions for staff and leadership groups.
- Analysis of existing courses and curricula
