Preventive and Protective Work Against Violence

Is professional development in areas such as violence in close relationships, men’s violence against women, and/or honor-related violence and oppression part of your mission? Our trainings are grounded in an intersectional perspective and provide in-depth understanding of the target group’s living reality.

We offer workshops, multi-day courses, and supervision that help develop your working methods. Amphi’s films and audio stories serve as starting points for learning and reflection.

Equality and Safety for Children and Youth

Are you a leader or educator working with young people? Amphi offers both foundational and advanced training in equality and anti-discrimination work, based on the Discrimination Act, the Education Act, and national curricula. We support you in creating a safe and inclusive environment.

We conduct workshops and training days on anti-racism, minority stress, inclusion, norm-critical approaches, and violence prevention, with a focus on masculinity theory and equality. Our trainings cover key theories and practical methods, and Amphi’s power-aware productions serve as a basis for learning and reflection.

Workplace norms matter — for an inclusive corporate culture

Tieto recognized the importance of actively working with norm and equality issues within their national management teams. They contacted Amphi to advance in this important process.

Training in norm criticism and work to combat racism for teachers

The motto ”More than just a school – different together” characterises Sundbyberg’s Folk High School. Based on its strong values, the school wanted to invest in creating a more just and inclusive educational environment for its students.
